What Chalk does

How we help

CEO & Founder
Mentoring

Independent support for CEOs navigating growth, leadership, investors and the decisions that do not come with an obvious answer.

Board Leadership

Chair and Non-Executive roles that bring challenge, perspective and momentum — not simply governance.

Scale & Strategic
Value

Sharpen proposition, strengthen go-to-market execution and build the characteristics that strategic partners value.

Investment & Exit

Selective investment and hands-on support preparing for strategic transactions and the right trade or financial partner.

Building a business someone wants to buy starts long before you want to sell it.

The best exits are usually the consequence of building the right business, not running a sale process at the right time.

Chalk helps leadership teams create strategic options by building stronger businesses from the outset.

Investment & exit

Creating strategic options

An exit is not simply about finding a buyer. It is about understanding why someone should buy the business, who can extract greater value from it, and how to create genuine choice for founders and shareholders.

Chalk also selectively makes strategic investments where capital, experience and network can help create significantly greater value.
